De-inflame Your Crisis

Inflammation is a natural response of the immune system to injuries, infections, or other harmful stimuli.

In certain circumstances, this inflammatory response can become excessive or persistent, which can contribute to various chronic medical conditions such as heart diseases, diabetes, arthritis, and more.

De-inflammation aims to restore balance in the immune system and reduce excessive inflammatory response.

De-inflammation methods can include adopting a diet rich in anti-inflammatory nutrients, regular physical exercise, stress management, proper rest, and in some cases, pharmacological therapy as per medical indications.

De-inflammation focuses not only on treating symptoms but also on addressing the underlying causes of excessive inflammation to promote optimal health and prevent chronic conditions related to inflammation.

Conclusion: Inflammation will always exist; the problem arises when it exceeds natural limits. The same applies to crises.

Whether caused by external factors or provoked, crises happen sooner or later. The depth of a crisis, much like inflammation, depends on how close or far it is from "healthy" natural limits.

The deadliest diseases humans face today originate from inflammation. Or put differently, from negligence and ignorance that disregards the impact of bad habits.

The same cycle repeats with crises.

Most crises give warnings. They send signals. They take shape until one day they break down the door. It's almost always too late: baldness, heart attack, divorce, the definitive drop in sales.

Except for baldness 👨‍🦲 , the other 3 scenarios could have been addressed with some attitude and discipline.

Inflammation is challenging to address because it's imperceptible to the human eye daily. Its progress is microscopic, but its long-term effect is devastating. It's simpler to deal with a non-lethal cold than the sedimentation of red blood cells, interleukin levels, ferritin, or uric acid.

Within a household, a family might have 40 insignificant fights daily over cereal, control of the TV remote, or a political opinion. Unbeknownst to anyone, patterns are formed within those discussions. That's inflammation within a family.

Within a company, there could be 400 insignificant fights daily. Over management style, excessive spending on travel, or the new sales manager's poor manners. Once again, these disputes gradually inflame the organization. That's inflammation within a company.

The same happens to an individual. Their body becomes inflamed between their diet, sleep habits, and excessive salt intake. When inflamed excessively, their metabolism starts experiencing other discomforts. Their brain activity also begins to decline. If you learn to de-inflame your body, crises will be at your beck and call.

You'll have understood the origin of nearly all your troubles.
